About: Dr. Suman Kumar Roy graduated from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Under Dhaka University in Jan 1998. He passed MS (Orthopaedics) from TUTH, Institute of Medicine, Kathmandu, Nepal in May 2007. He joined Apollo Hospitals Dhaka in 2008 & worked there as a specialist for about 6 years. He achieved a short fellowship in joint replacement surgery from India (Bangalore, Kolkata) & Singapore (Singapore General Hospital). Advanced Trauma Management, Hip & Knee, Joint Replacement Surgery, Hand Surgery, and Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery are his special field of interest. He has many National and International publications & has good experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students.
He has received many appreciation certificates at many National and International conferences and CME. He has achieved the prestigious Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2021.
He has visited many top-class Hospitals in India, Singapore, Thailand, Nepal and America as an observer Fellow.
